-    Born: October 14th, 1982 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
-    Began playing saxophone in the 6th grade at the age of 10
-    1998-2000: Played with the Hamilton All-Star Jazz Band, with which he toured     Europe, appearing at the Juan-les-Pins and Montreaux jazz festivals
-    2001: Moved to Philadelphia, PA to study at the University of Pennsylvania
-    2001-2003: Played with funk fusion band Big Breakfast, playing over 100     shows in ten states
-    2003: Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Penn, with a B.A. in Music (theory     concentration) and a minor in African-American Studies; began playing with     Dr. Guy's MusiQology and Abstract
-    2004-2005: Achieved Masters degree in Jazz Studies from the University of     the Arts; recorded and co-produced "Y the Q?" with MusiQology
-    2005: Began playing with former Big Breakfast members in jazz fusion group,     The Half Of It  - released album "Drop" (Reel to Real Records); taught as     Artist-in-Residence in several Philadelphia middle and high schools
-    2006: Hosted a weekly Philly jazz jam session at the Raven Lounge; taught     Jazz Style and History class at the University of Pennsylvania; recorded "The     Deep Pocket Theory" with Abstract
-    2007: Recorded The Half Of It's self-titled second album; began playing in     Illy Bogart
-       2008: worked as Performing Arts Coordinator at University of Pennsylvania,
        coaching small jazz groups
-       relocated to San Francisco, California
-       joined Ryze the Band, formed Illy Bogart’s west coast version, founded Strong        
        Move Quartet
-       2009: relocated to Berkeley, California  
-       2010: reformed Illy Bogart as a trio with guitarist Q Morrow and drummer
        Brandon Etzler, recorded EP
-       embarked on west coast and international tours with reggae legend Don
        Carlos
